Messages delivered, with proof
Each message goes in through the company's own contact form, with proof the website accepted it: the form filled in and the page it showed after sending.
We fill in each form for you and collect the emails and phone numbers the site lists. No list? We find the companies for you: type what they do, pick a country and how many.
No subscription. Runs in the cloud, even with your computer off. Full API included, so your own software can use it too.

Sample data, not real results. Recorded in the app, sped up.
Contact form marketing means sending a short business message through the contact form each company publishes on its own website, instead of guessing its email address. All three results come with every campaign, at no extra cost.
Each message goes in through the company's own contact form, with proof the website accepted it: the form filled in and the page it showed after sending.
The emails and phone numbers each site lists, ready to download as Excel or CSV.
Replies come to your own email, and the app matches each one to its campaign and company.
How contact collection works
On a company's website we scan more than the contact page. We find the general email address sales@northwind.example on the contact page, the general phone number +44 20 7946 0143 on the about page, and a named person, Anna de Vries in Sales, with her own email address on the team page. Each one becomes a row in your spreadsheet with the contact, its type, who it belongs to and the page it was found on: 3 contacts found. Then you download the list as a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV).
Also included
Each campaign shows what was delivered, what the sites confirmed and who replied.

Two ways to pick the companies. Either way, nothing is sent until you approve the list, and it all runs in the cloud, even with your computer off.
Best for: finding new customers

Words and a country
Type what they do, like "packaging machines", and pick a country.
We find their websites
Company websites that show up in search results for those words.
Your list of companies
Check it before anything is sent.
Price$0.09 for each form that goes through. Free search for the ones you send to.
Best for: agencies and lists you already have

Bring a list of websites
Just each company's website, like example.com. No contact page links needed.
SpreadsheetPasted web addressesSaved list
A web address that appears twice is counted once, so no company gets your message twice from one campaign. Saved lists never hold a company twice.
Each company is contacted once.
We do the rest
We find each contact page and send your message.
Price$0.09 for each form that goes through. No search needed.
Either way

Set it up once, and your next campaign takes minutes.
Kept in your account for next time:
Real screens from the app, shown with sample data.
While we fill in each form, we collect the contact details the site lists.

Keep lists your whole team can use, and start a campaign from any of them.

Replies come to your own email, and the app shows them here, matched to their campaign and company.

By hand, each company takes minutes. The app does it for you, in the background.
By hand, each company takes six steps: find the website, find the contact page, read the form, copy and paste the message, fill in the fields, and send. In the time it takes, you send 2 forms and spend about 8 minutes. With Contact Form Outreach, after about 15 minutes of setup the forms are sent in the background while your own time stays at 0 minutes. Not to scale.
You save about 66.4 hours, about 8 working days.
By hand
$2,000
66.7 hours of your time at $30 an hour, at Our estimate, not a measurement: finding the contact page, reading the form and filling it in takes about 4 minutes per company. Copying the emails and phones the site lists would take longer still..
With Contact Form Outreach
$98
$90.00 in credit at most, plus $7.50 for about 15 minutes of your time to set up.
Every delivered message comes with a picture of the form filled in and of the page the site showed after sending.

Date and time of delivery
When the website accepted your message, to the minute.
Page address and time stamp
Each picture shows the page address, date and time.
The form, filled in
Exactly what we typed into each box, just before sending.
The page after sending
The confirmation the website showed back.
A form that does not go through costs nothing.
Pictures are kept for 90 days.
$0.09 for each form that goes through. Contacts, proof, replies and the API included.
$0.09 for each form that goes through
Top up from $10. Credit never expires. No subscription.
Add credit when you need it, or turn on automatic top-up.
What a top-up covers
Example: a $10.00 top-up fills your credit. Each form that goes through takes $0.09, so after five forms the balance is $9.55.
Also free: finding the companies you send to, and solving CAPTCHAs (the security check some forms show).
For example:
Example with a $10.00 top-up: two forms are sent at $0.09 each, leaving $9.82. The next form could not be sent, so its $0.09 is returned and the balance stays at $9.82. The next form is sent, leaving $9.73.

Contact form
Cold email
Contact form: your message is typed into the company's own contact form, sent, and arrives in the company inbox. Delivered. Cold email: each email has to get through domain warm-up and spam filters, and some end up in the spam folder instead of the inbox.
| Topic | Contact forms | Cold email |
|---|---|---|
| Where your message lands | The inbox where they read their contact form | A crowded inbox, or the spam folder |
| Waiting time before you can send | None. No test emails first | Weeks of sending test emails first |
| Contact details | Collected in each campaign, at no extra cost | Bought, often $0.10 to $0.30 each, and some no longer work |
| Setup | Pick companies, write your message once, approve the list | Extra web addresses, email accounts and technical set-up |
$90.00
At most: 1,000 companies times $0.09.

We find the companies for you, free when you send to them, or you bring your own list. Then it sends your message through the contact form on each company's website and collects the email addresses and phone numbers those sites list. You see what was delivered and the proof. Replies come to your own email, and the app matches each one to its campaign and company.
No. Everything runs in the cloud, on our servers: finding the companies, filling in the forms, solving CAPTCHAs, the proof and the contact details. There is no software or browser extension to install. Close the app or switch off your computer, and your campaigns carry on.
Contact form marketing, also called contact form outreach, means sending a short business message through the contact form a company publishes on its own website, instead of guessing its email address. Contact Form Outreach fills in the contact form of each company on your list that has one. Replies come to your own email, and the app matches each one to its campaign and company.
Yes. It is a contact form submitter that automates bulk contact form submission across your whole list, with checks built in: nothing is sent until you approve the list, a list never holds a company twice, companies on your do-not-contact list are always skipped, and you get proof of every form that goes through.
$0.09 for each form that goes through. A form that does not go through costs nothing. Finding the companies you send to and solving CAPTCHAs are free, and the AI writer and translation are included. A company with a form that the search finds and you leave out costs $0.01. When a campaign starts, the most it can cost is set aside, and money for forms that do not go through comes back when it ends.
No. You write your message once. Switch on the AI writer and it reads each company's website and writes that company its own version of your message, in the company's own language. Or upload a file of your own versions, and the app uses them in turn. You can also put each company's name and city in the message. All of this is included in the $0.09 for each form that goes through.
$10, which covers about 111 forms that go through. There is no subscription and credit never expires. Forms that do not go through are returned to your credit. Credit already used for forms that went through is not refunded.
Yes. Signing up is free, and before your first top-up the app lets you open a finished example campaign: made-up companies, with the proof pictures, replies and contact details a real campaign gives back. Nothing in it was sent, and it costs nothing.
It depends on the trade and the country: some websites have no contact form, and some forms refuse a message or ask for a detail you did not give. In our tests of about 10,000 sends, the message went through on 90 to 96% of websites with a contact form, protected sites included. Your result can differ, so you choose how many forms should go through, each campaign shows how many did and a plain reason for every company not reached, and you pay only for the forms that go through.
It depends on your offer, your message and how well each company fits, so we do not promise one. Each campaign shows your own: replies as a share of the forms that went through, and the typical time to a reply. About 1,000 forms is enough to tell whether a message works, which is why the app suggests 1,000 to start.
Two ways. We find the companies: type what they do and pick a country, and we collect the company websites that show up in search results for those words. Or you bring the list: paste web addresses, reuse a saved list or upload a spreadsheet (Excel or CSV). Your own list costs nothing to add, and our search is free for the companies you send to. You pay for the forms that go through.
No. Nothing is sent until you approve the list, and companies on your do-not-contact list are always skipped.
The email addresses and phone numbers published on each company's website, including landline, mobile and WhatsApp numbers and named people where the site lists them. Download them as Excel or CSV.
To your own email. Companies answer the address in your sender details, and you reply from your usual mailbox. We can connect that mailbox for you, or you can forward the replies to us, and the app then matches each one to its campaign and company, with out-of-office messages, undelivered emails and "take me off your list" requests sorted for you.
A contact form is the channel a company set up to hear from people. There are no sending addresses of yours for spam filters to judge, no weeks of sending test emails before you can start, and no list of guessed addresses to buy. Read the full comparison.
Yes. Like cold email or cold calling, it reaches companies that have not heard from you yet, so the same good habits apply: a message that is relevant to them, your real name and company, and an easy way to say no. The difference is the channel: your message arrives through the form the company set up to hear from people.
Yes, at no extra cost. Every action in the app is also available through the API, webhooks tell your software when something happens, and the prices are the same. Endpoints, webhooks and examples are on the Developers page.
We find the companies for you, free when you send to them. Start with $10. It covers about 111 forms that go through, with proof and contacts included.
